13th June 12-Kings Canyon
Today we packed up our caravan and went to walk around Uluru. It took us 4 hours to do 12km walking the whole way around. After that we went to the petral station where a camel nearly bit my hand off when I was 9 months old. At about 4pm we got to a free camp near Kings Canyon.

One of the caves used by the Aboriginal men to camp in and keep and eye on the boys nearby as they are taught to hunt |

The best water source at Uluru. This is where the young boys were taught how to hunt. Plenty animal life as the water is here and steep cliffs either side trapped the animals for easy hunting |

Taking a break on our 12km hike |

Our free camp near Kings Canyon. Sand was a bit softer, hard going on the bikes. Mum has been calling us the BMX bandits. Its usually Luke, Erin and me |

When its too dark to ride bikes I take Erin on at scrabble |
