22.9.12 (Saturday)
Today it's Erin's Birthday, and we got to have pancakes.  For her Birthday I got her PictureKa, My dad got her a bubble blaster and my mum got her some clothes and Erin picked Twister for herself.  We went for a drive to Dunsburough today to play on a playground, then we went back to Busselton and played on the Jetty playground

 Erin wasn't too happy.  2.4km walk around the lighthouse grounds in freezing cold wind and didn't get to climb the lighthouse.  Not a good birthday as far as she was concerned.  The playgrounds were freezing cold and it was a saturday so too many kids for her and Jake.

The Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse.  They need the lighthouse here as in the old days the ships would sail across with the roaring forties and have to know when to turn North to hit Jakarta where they'd trade for spices etc.  A lot of ships ran aground on the western australian Coast as they came too far East from Madagaska.
